Chikmarks Return & Refund Policy

At Chikmarks, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure you have a smooth and confident shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy allows you to make a return within the time frame below.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including all tags, labels, and accessories).

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and personal care items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address or pickup details.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method or store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or wrong items.
